Brackat is a software studio based in Sharjah.
We partner with ambitious teams across the UAE to turn ideas into digital products that are a pleasure to use.
RentsPilot came out of that practice. Rather than localising a foreign product, we built a rental management system around the rules, processes and realities of UAE property: tenancy contracts that differ from emirate to emirate, renewals, post-dated cheques, 5% VAT, and Arabic as a first-class language rather than a translation layer.

Our story
Twin techies, one shared mission.
Brackat LLC grew out of an idea twin brothers Nazeem & Nahaz had talked about for years, a company that gives businesses real solutions, tools that take the time and complexity out of everyday work.
Both began their careers as full-stack developers, and each has around twelve years of experience building software and leading product engineering. Nazeem has spent eight of those years working in the UAE, while Nahaz spent three of his in Europe and has been living in the United States for the past five years.
About two years ago, RentsPilot began as a side project under Brackat. Nazeem pitched the vision, Nahaz stepped in, and together they brought the product to life through development and design. Looking closely at property management in the UAE, the problems were easy to spot. Lease rules differ from one emirate to the next, and maintenance ends up scattered across portfolios and vendors. We believe software should be simple to use even when the work behind it is not, so we set out to bring everything into one place.
As the product took shape, Nazeem left his job to work on it full time alongside Nahaz. We chose a SaaS model so it stays affordable for businesses of every size, and built RentsPilot from scratch, shaped around UAE rules from day one.
This October we launched the RentsPilot beta in the UAE, and we are now working with real estate companies across the country to shape what comes next.
