Pricing questions.
- How do you count units?
- A unit is a single lettable property — one apartment, villa or office. Vacant units count; buildings and communities do not count separately.
- Is Ejari really on every plan?
- Yes. Compliance is not an upsell here. Ejari registration and renewal, bilingual contracts and PDC tracking are on Starter and every plan above it.
- What happens if I go over my unit count?
- Nothing breaks. Additional units are billed at AED 6 per unit per month, and we will flag it when moving up a plan would cost you less.
- Do you charge for tenants or owners?
- No. Tenant and owner portal access is unlimited on every plan. You pay for units under management, nothing else.
