These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RentsPilot property management platform, including the RentsPilot website, web applications, mobile applications, APIs, software, features, integrations and related services (collectively, the "Service").

RentsPilot is a UAE-focused rental and property management software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Brackat LLC, a company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams) free zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, accepting an order form or proposal that refers to these Terms, clicking an acceptance button, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, property management business, landlord, organisation or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" and "Customer" refer to that entity and its authorised users.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Where a separate written agreement, subscription order, proposal, service agreement, data processing agreement or other written contract has been entered into between Brackat LLC and the Customer, that agreement will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

The specific features available to the Customer depend on the applicable subscription plan, order form, proposal or other commercial agreement.

We may add, modify, improve, replace or discontinue features from time to time.

We will use reasonable efforts not to materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription without providing reasonable notice where practicable.

RentsPilot is a software platform. Neither RentsPilot nor Brackat LLC acts as the Customer's landlord, property manager, real estate broker, leasing agent, accountant, lawyer, tax adviser, valuation professional or maintenance contractor unless expressly agreed under a separate written agreement.

3.Licence and Right to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Brackat LLC grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service during the applicable Subscription Period.

The right to use the Service is limited to the Customer's internal business or property-management purposes and to the number of Properties, Units, users, transactions or other usage limits included in the Customer's subscription.

The Customer may not sell, resell, sublicense, lease, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service except where expressly authorised by Brackat LLC in writing.

The Customer does not acquire ownership of the RentsPilot software, platform, infrastructure, user interface, source code, trademarks or other intellectual property of Brackat LLC.

4.Account Registration and Authorised Users

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete account information;
  • Keeping account information current;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;
  • Configuring appropriate user roles and permissions;
  • Ensuring that Authorised Users comply with these Terms;
  • Removing access when an Authorised User no longer requires access; and
  • All activities carried out through the Customer's account, subject to applicable law.

Each user should use their own credentials.

The Customer must not knowingly share individual login credentials between multiple people.

The Customer must promptly notify us if it becomes aware of unauthorised access, compromised credentials or a security incident involving its account.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, Customer Data or the security of the platform.

5.Customer Data and Ownership

As between Brackat LLC and the Customer, the Customer retains its rights in Customer Data.

We do not claim ownership of Customer Data.

The Customer grants Brackat LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, store, copy, transmit, process, display and otherwise use Customer Data only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Service;
  • Operate and maintain the Service;
  • Provide customer support;
  • Maintain security;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse or misuse;
  • Perform backups and disaster recovery;
  • Comply with applicable law;
  • Perform the Customer's requested integrations; and
  • Otherwise perform our contractual obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information derived from use of the Service for analytics, security, service improvement and product development, provided that such information does not reasonably identify the Customer or an individual.

The Customer remains responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of records where legally or operationally required.

6.Personal Data and Privacy

The Service may process Personal Data relating to property owners, landlords, tenants, applicants, employees, vendors, contractors, visitors and other individuals.

Where the Customer determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data submitted to RentsPilot, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that its collection and use of such Personal Data complies with the PDPL and other applicable laws.

Depending on the circumstances, Brackat LLC may process such Personal Data on behalf of the Customer as a processor or service provider.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Having an appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing Personal Data;
  • Providing required privacy notices;

  • Collecting only information reasonably necessary for its purposes;
  • Maintaining accurate Personal Data;
  • Responding appropriately to data-subject requests;
  • Configuring access permissions appropriately; and
  • Ensuring that its use of RentsPilot complies with applicable privacy laws.

We will process Personal Data in accordance with applicable law and the RentsPilot Privacy Policy.

Where required, Brackat LLC and the Customer may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement.

We may use carefully selected service providers and subprocessors to provide hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, analytics, payment, AI and other services necessary to operate the platform.

Where Personal Data is transferred outside the UAE, we will implement such transfer in accordance with applicable UAE data protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms requires either party to process Personal Data in a manner that violates applicable law.

The RentsPilot Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual framework governing the Service and should be read together with these Terms.

7.Customer Responsibility for Property and Tenancy Compliance

RentsPilot is a technology platform and does not determine whether a particular property-management, leasing, rental, accounting or tenancy activity is legally permitted.

The Customer remains responsible for complying with laws, regulations, requirements and procedures applicable to its activities, including, where applicable:

  • UAE federal laws;
  • Laws and regulations applicable in the relevant Emirate;
  • Applicable municipality requirements;
  • Real estate regulatory requirements;
  • Tenancy and rental regulations;
  • Ejari or other applicable tenancy-registration requirements;
  • Property-management licensing requirements;
  • Tax and VAT obligations;
  • Anti-money-laundering requirements;
  • Data protection requirements;
  • Electronic transaction requirements;
  • Consumer-protection requirements; and
  • Any applicable requirements imposed by government authorities or regulators.

We do not guarantee that use of the Service alone makes a Customer's property-management or leasing activities legally compliant.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing the legal requirements applicable to each Property, Unit, lease, tenant and transaction.

8.Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure that information entered into RentsPilot is accurate and sufficiently complete for the Customer's intended use.

The Customer is responsible for verifying:

  • Property information;
  • Ownership information;
  • Tenant information;
  • Lease terms;
  • Rental amounts;
  • Payment information;
  • Dates;
  • Security deposits;
  • Maintenance information;
  • Accounting records;
  • Tax information;
  • Reports; and
  • Documents generated or stored through the Service.

We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete or incorrectly configured Customer Data or Customer settings.

The Customer must not use RentsPilot to send unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unsolicited or otherwise prohibited communications.

9.Acceptable Use

The Customer and Authorised Users must not:

  1. Use the Service in violation of applicable UAE law or other applicable law;
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account or system;
  3. Circumvent authentication, access controls, usage limits or security measures;
  4. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  5. Copy, reproduce or create derivative works of the Service;
  6. Rent, resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone service without written authorisation;
  7. Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, malicious scripts or harmful code;
  8. Conduct penetration testing or vulnerability testing without prior written permission;
  9. Interfere with the availability, integrity or performance of the Service;
  10. Use automated methods to extract data in a manner that materially affects the Service;
  11. Upload Personal Data or other information that the Customer has no legal right to process;
  12. Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud or discrimination;
  13. Use the Service to violate intellectual-property rights or privacy rights of others;
  14. Attempt to circumvent subscription or billing restrictions; or
  15. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties.

10.Subscription Plans and Fees

Subscription fees are determined by the applicable pricing page, order form, proposal, subscription agreement or other commercial arrangement.

Fees may be based on factors including:

  • Number of Properties;
  • Number of Units;
  • Number of users;
  • Selected modules;
  • Usage;
  • Add-ons;
  • Integrations; or
  • Other agreed commercial metrics.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are payable in advance for the applicable billing period.

Additional Properties, Units, users, modules or usage may result in additional charges.

Where applicable, fees may be automatically adjusted when usage exceeds the limits of the Customer's subscription.

Free trials and promotional offers (including launch offers) are subject to the conditions stated in the relevant offer. At the end of a free trial or promotional period, the Customer must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties and government charges, except taxes imposed on Brackat LLC's net income.

11.VAT and Tax

Brackat LLC may charge UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes where required by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax and its implementing regulations.

Where VAT is applicable, it will be shown separately on the relevant invoice where required.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate tax and billing information necessary for invoicing.

We will issue tax invoices where required by applicable UAE VAT legislation.

The Customer remains responsible for its own tax, accounting and VAT obligations relating to its property-management activities and transactions.

12.Billing, Renewal and Payment

The Customer agrees to pay all fees by the due date stated on the relevant invoice or subscription agreement.

Where automatic payment is enabled, the Customer authorises Brackat LLC or its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for applicable subscription fees.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment fails, we may notify the Customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the payment issue.

We may suspend or restrict access to paid functionality for materially overdue amounts after providing reasonable notice, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Suspension does not cancel outstanding payment obligations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

13.Cancellation

The Customer may cancel its subscription in accordance with the cancellation process specified by RentsPilot or the applicable order form.

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid Subscription Period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund for unused time in a prepaid subscription period unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Any outstanding fees become immediately due in accordance with the applicable agreement.

14.Third-Party Services and Integrations

RentsPilot may integrate with or provide access to Third-Party Services, including:

  • Payment providers;
  • Banks or financial technology providers;
  • Government or regulatory systems;
  • Mapping providers;
  • Communication providers;
  • Accounting systems;
  • Electronic-signature services;
  • AI providers;
  • Property portals;
  • Cloud infrastructure providers; and
  • Other external services.

Third-Party Services are subject to the terms, policies and privacy practices of the relevant third party.

We do not control Third-Party Services and are not responsible for:

  • Their availability;
  • Their pricing;
  • Their security;
  • Their accuracy;
  • Their policies;
  • Their acts or omissions;
  • Their processing of information; or
  • Changes to or discontinuation of their APIs or services.

If a Third-Party Service changes or removes an API or integration, the related RentsPilot functionality may become unavailable or require modification.

The Customer authorises us to transmit relevant Customer Data to a Third-Party Service where the Customer activates or requests the integration.

15.Payment Processing

Where RentsPilot provides functionality that enables payment initiation, payment collection, payment processing or payment-related integrations, such functionality may be provided through third-party providers licensed or authorised by the Central Bank of the UAE or another competent authority where such licensing is required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, neither RentsPilot nor Brackat LLC acts as a bank, payment institution, escrow agent, money-transfer provider or custodian of Customer or tenant funds.

Payment transactions may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.

The Customer remains responsible for configuring payment accounts correctly and complying with applicable laws and contractual obligations relating to payments, refunds, chargebacks and financial records.

16.AI-Assisted Features

RentsPilot may provide AI-assisted features.

AI Features may be used to:

  • Summarise information;
  • Search or analyse Customer Data;
  • Generate text;
  • Assist with communications;
  • Identify patterns;
  • Generate reports or insights;
  • Assist with property-management workflows; or
  • Perform other automated tasks.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

AI output must be reviewed by an appropriately authorised person before being relied upon for material decisions.

RentsPilot AI Features are not a substitute for:

  • Legal advice;
  • Tax advice;
  • Accounting advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Property valuation;
  • Regulatory advice;
  • Professional engineering advice; or
  • Other professional advice.

The Customer remains responsible for decisions made using AI-generated output.

Where third-party AI providers are used, relevant information may be processed by those providers in accordance with applicable contractual, privacy and data-protection arrangements.

We will not represent AI-generated information as guaranteed fact or professional advice.

17.Electronic Communications and Electronic Signatures

The Customer agrees that we may communicate with it electronically through email, notifications, the Service or other electronic channels.

Electronic records, communications, acknowledgements and signatures may be used through the Service where permitted by applicable law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.

Where RentsPilot provides electronic-signature functionality, the legal validity and evidentiary effect of a particular electronic signature or electronic document may depend on the applicable transaction, identity verification method, signature technology and applicable law.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the individuals signing documents on its behalf have the necessary authority.

We do not guarantee that every electronic document or signature is legally sufficient for every transaction, government authority or regulatory purpose.

18.Intellectual Property

Brackat LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in:

  • The RentsPilot software;
  • Source code;
  • Object code;
  • APIs;
  • User interfaces;
  • Designs;
  • Workflows;
  • Documentation;
  • Algorithms;
  • AI systems;
  • Product architecture;
  • Trademarks, including the RentsPilot name;
  • Logos;
  • Branding;
  • Website content; and
  • Other intellectual property associated with the Service.

Except for the limited right to use the Service granted under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to the Customer.

The Customer retains ownership of its Customer Data.

If the Customer provides suggestions, recommendations or feedback about the Service, Brackat LLC may use that feedback to improve the Service without owing compensation to the Customer, provided that doing so does not grant Brackat LLC ownership of Customer Data.

19.Customer Content and Public Listings

The Customer may use RentsPilot to create and publish property listings, descriptions, photographs, floor plans, videos and other content.

The Customer represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions and authority to upload and publish such content.

The Customer grants Brackat LLC the limited right to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute such content as necessary to provide the requested Service.

The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that property advertisements and listings comply with applicable advertising, real-estate, consumer-protection and other laws.

We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of another person.

20.Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other party.

Confidential Information includes non-public business information, pricing, technical information, product plans, Customer Data, security information and other information that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.

Each party agrees to:

  • Protect the other party's Confidential Information using reasonable care;
  • Use it only for purposes related to the contractual relationship; and
  • Not disclose it to unauthorised third parties except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available without breach of these Terms;
  • Was already lawfully known;
  • Is independently developed without use of Confidential Information;
  • Is lawfully obtained from a third party; or
  • Must be disclosed by law, court order or governmental authority.

Where legally permitted, the receiving party will provide reasonable notice before making a legally required disclosure.

21.Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

Security measures may include:

  • Access controls;
  • Role-based permissions;
  • Encryption in transit;
  • Secure authentication;
  • Monitoring;
  • Logging;
  • Backup procedures;
  • Infrastructure security; and
  • Other reasonable security controls.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The Customer is responsible for security measures within its control, including:

  • User access;
  • Passwords;
  • Devices;
  • Email accounts;
  • User permissions;
  • API credentials; and
  • Third-party integrations.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting Customer Data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain and respond to the incident and provide notifications required by applicable law, including the PDPL.

22.Availability and Maintenance

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the Service.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance;
  • Emergency maintenance;
  • Security incidents;
  • Internet or telecommunications failures;
  • Cloud infrastructure failures;
  • Third-Party Service failures;
  • Government actions;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless a separate Service Level Agreement ("SLA") has been agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular uptime percentage, response time or resolution time.

Planned maintenance will, where reasonably practicable, be scheduled to minimise disruption.

23.Support

We may provide customer support during our published support hours.

Support availability, response times and service levels may vary according to the Customer's subscription plan or separate SLA.

Support does not include professional legal, accounting, tax, property valuation or regulatory advice.

24.Data Export and Backup

The Customer may export Customer Data using the export functionality made available through the Service.

We maintain backups for operational and disaster-recovery purposes.

Backups are not a substitute for the Customer maintaining its own legally required records or independent copies of critical information.

Following termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity for the Customer to export its Customer Data, subject to technical limitations, applicable law and the Customer's payment obligations.

25.Suspension

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Prevent harm to other customers or third parties;
  • Address a serious violation of these Terms;
  • Comply with applicable law or a governmental order;
  • Respond to a security incident; or
  • Address materially overdue subscription fees after appropriate notice.

Where practicable, we will provide notice before suspension and will restore access when the reason for suspension has been resolved.

26.Warranties and Disclaimers

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will always be uninterrupted;
  • The Service will be completely error-free;
  • Every feature will meet every Customer requirement;
  • Third-Party Services will remain available;
  • Reports will always be free from errors;
  • Customer-entered information will be accurate;
  • AI-generated output will be accurate;
  • The Service will satisfy every regulatory requirement applicable to the Customer; or
  • The Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, valuation or regulatory advice.

The Customer remains responsible for reviewing and verifying information before relying upon it for material decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law, including, where it applies, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

28.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Brackat LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of:

  • Profit;
  • Revenue;
  • Business opportunity;
  • Anticipated savings;
  • Goodwill;
  • Data, except where liability for such loss cannot lawfully be excluded; or
  • Business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brackat LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by the Customer to Brackat LLC for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UAE law, including the UAE Civil Transactions Law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Customer's obligation to pay fees properly due and payable.

29.Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brackat LLC and its officers, employees and service providers against third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • The Customer's unlawful use of the Service;
  • The Customer's breach of these Terms;
  • Customer Data supplied without the necessary rights or permissions;
  • Violation of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights by the Customer;
  • The Customer's property-management activities; or
  • The Customer's violation of applicable law.

We will notify the Customer of any applicable claim and provide reasonable cooperation, at the Customer's expense.

We will retain control of the defence and settlement of a claim where appropriate.

The Customer may not settle a claim in a manner that admits liability on behalf of Brackat LLC or imposes obligations on Brackat LLC without our prior written consent.

30.Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective while the Customer has an active Subscription or otherwise uses the Service.

Either party may terminate the applicable subscription or agreement:

  1. At the end of the current Subscription Period in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms;
  2. For material breach where the breach is not remedied within thirty (30) days after written notice, where the breach is capable of remedy;
  3. Immediately where required or permitted by applicable law; or
  4. In accordance with any separate written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access where continued provision of the Service would violate applicable law or create a material security or legal risk.

31.Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • The Customer's right to access the Service will end;
  • Outstanding fees remain payable;
  • The Customer should export its Customer Data before termination;
  • We may retain information where required by law;
  • Confidentiality obligations continue;
  • Intellectual-property provisions continue;
  • Liability provisions continue; and
  • Other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, we will retain Customer Data for a reasonable period after termination to allow export and operational processing, after which we may delete or anonymise the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Some information may remain in backups for a limited period before being securely deleted or overwritten.

32.Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve or update the Service from time to time.

Where a material change substantially affects the Customer's paid functionality, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where practicable.

Nothing in this section prevents us from making changes required for:

  • Security;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Third-Party Service changes;
  • Infrastructure requirements; or
  • Prevention of fraud or abuse.

33.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each update will carry a new version number and effective date, and will be recorded in the version history below.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, email or another appropriate communication method where practicable.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice.

If the Customer continues to use the Service after the effective date, the updated Terms will apply to future use of the Service.

Where applicable law requires affirmative acceptance of updated terms, we will obtain such acceptance.

34.Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Fire;
  • Flood;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • War;
  • Terrorism;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government action;
  • Telecommunications failures;
  • Internet infrastructure failures;
  • Cloud-service failures;
  • Power failures;
  • Cyberattacks or security incidents despite reasonable security measures; or
  • Other events beyond the affected party's reasonable control.

The affected party will use reasonable efforts to minimise the effects of the event.

35.Notices

We may provide notices to the Customer through:

  • Email;
  • The Customer's account;
  • In-app notifications;
  • The RentsPilot website; or
  • Other reasonable electronic means.

36.Assignment

The Customer may not assign or transfer these Terms or its subscription rights without Brackat LLC's prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of substantially all relevant business assets.

Brackat LLC may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of all or substantially all of its relevant business or assets, including the RentsPilot business.

37.No Waiver

A failure or delay by either party to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

A waiver must be made expressly and, where required, in writing.

38.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable to the extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

39.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

  • The applicable order form or proposal;
  • Subscription plan;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Data Processing Agreement, where applicable;
  • Any applicable SLA; and
  • Other written agreements expressly incorporated into the contractual relationship,

constitute the agreement between Brackat LLC and the Customer regarding the Service.

They supersede prior discussions or representations relating to the same subject matter, except where expressly incorporated into a written agreement.

40.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussions between authorised representatives.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, unless a separate written agreement between the parties provides for another lawful dispute-resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief where permitted by applicable law.

41.Language

These Terms are published in English, and the English version is the authoritative version. An Arabic translation may be requested from info@rentspilot.com.

Where a legally binding Arabic version is issued by Brackat LLC, the applicable agreement should specify which version prevails in the event of a conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits any language requirements imposed by applicable UAE law or a competent authority.
